You will need to fill out a rental application form if you are interested in renting commercial or residential space at the West Ridge Towers complex.

Submit a completed application form with all information filled out.
Submit the application with a valid form of government identification.
Submit the application with proof of income (e.g. paycheck, stub, tax return, social security benefit determination).
Submit applications with a $45 processing fee for each individual applying for rent at the complex. (non-refundable)
Where to Submit the Application
You can submit your application materials to our rental office in person (located by the West Ridge Road entrance) or electronically. If you choose to submit the application electronically, email all the application materials to rent@westridgetowers.com and pay the processing fee via PayPal by clicking right here at this link.
